Hmm... I'm deciding whether to go with S22 ultra, iPhone 13 or Xperia pro-i. They do had their own pros and cons and even that $1800 phone has it's own weakness (for low light).

But it's not a brand specific problem but a chipset specific instead. Samsung's fabrication process was never as good as TSMC's. Even as they make their own chipsets, the optimizations were still always better with the snapdragon counterparts (not sure how). Maybe qualcomm fine tunes their chipsets better suited in general for all manufacturers. The bottom line is, no matter which brand or model you choose, never opt for an Exynos version.

I jumped on Sony and then Huawei (the latter was the best stable long battery life and coolest device) but now I'm thinking about going with a phone equipped with Dimensity 9000 (Mediatek, the company that copy names shamelessly from HiSilicon).

This year 2200 is b... moreAre u joking man? I have an S20+ and it is by far the worst flagship i have ever used! Battery doesn't last more than 4 hrs (sot) that too if it's being generous for the day and it literally starts to boil if i open the camera or start updating apps via play store.
Im just waiting for the new generation flagships by Asus to replace this mess asap.
Exynos lineup is seriously messed up. Even 3 gen old sd855+ that my son uses performs better (thermally and sustained performance)
