This has been going for so long. The same thing also happens on Facebook, constant auto refresh.

Someone did cool test few months ago. Created two accounts one with far left tweets about LGTV or whatever its called and far right abut keeping citizens live as priority over imigrants and guess which tweets and account disappear? :D
