When you only have 3 smartphones in your catalogue, you update them with each AOSP release. At the very least, they need to hire the Lineage developers to provide an in-house solution. This is a commercial offer, not a beta test program.

Replacement battery should be no more than 20 bucks! 30 is too much.

Only 2 major android version updates is not enough for a smartphone which first argument and reason to buy is sustainable smartphone if other smartphone brands which doesn't even claim their smartphone sustainable offer 3 major android updates like latest samsung, oneplus or xiaomi 11T

Well glued to the display frame, oem lcd, oem digitizer with gorilla glass. I also got a new power button for the A1 and a camera for a Redmi Note 7, all of these worked and still work fine. Another more famous store is dragon-tt, but I haven't personally tried it.
Xiaomi usually release vendor updates for 2-3 years, which means that past that point the proprietary parts won't get updated. Usually it doesn't matter too much, but it will lower security and can create problems that the custom rom devs have to do hacky solutions to work around.

Regarding customs, are propietary blob updates really than important in aosp-based custom roms? also, can't one update vendor manually using vendor updates from https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com ?(I am asking because I do not know)

OEM parts and Nohon batteries for example are good and easy to find online. They also tend to have big batteries that last longer and a headphone jack on most cheaper models.
Most cheaper Xiaomi's also have custom roms, although not as good as official support since proprietary blobs and vendor is not updated, still extending the life of the device.

I also don't... moreLCD is also much much cheaper to replace than OLED displays unless it's a cheap shitty OLED, and then LCD is better anyways, since it's a more mature technology.
