Its not the charger alone that charges the phone super fast. OR just making super fast charger will charge the phone faster. The technology (software and hardware) has to be pre-built in the phone to charge super fast. Ofcourse, certain countries have advantage over releasing newer technologies with out much bureaucracy over the others.

It's obvious. They released 100w wireless for future implementation. Next year or two Xiaomi will have 100w wireless charging phone and they will sell with this charger or it will be a "gift" from the company.

Yes according to test, Mix 4,while using fast wireless charging mode, can reach 100 watts for 2 minutes and than drop to 80watts for another 3-5 minutes, later it will be 50 watts,total wireless charging time is 28 mins.
While using standard mode the max charging speed is 50watts and cost somehow 40mins
