There really isn't a lot of pre-2021 Xiaomi smartphones that receive Android 11 OS update: https://www.gsmarena.com/results.php3?nYearMax=2020&sMakers=80&sOSes=2&sOSversions=2920&nOrder=1. The only update Xiaomi care about is the constantly buggy MIUI. That is why I love flashing custom ROM on Xiaomi phones, I never miss MIUI at all since then.

[deleted post]Lol please, have you seen the Mi 11 Ultra photo quality from the recent camera comparison against the Nokia 808 PureView? It's a complete oversharpened mess! The only way Xiaomi camera can survive is to use GCam port, something that normies wouldn't bother to do.
[deleted post]Lol please, poor software? Try to see your beloved Xiaomi phone got three major OS updates. They couldn't even bother to give one on their last year's model. As for MIUI, I stayed away from that joke now. I used to own Xiaomi phones before switching to Samsung and have zero regrets about it.

I'd be more than happy to pay more for great long-term quality in both hardware and software. The fact that you have to disable the adware by yourself really shows how much Xiaomi cut corners to make Poco phones cheap. Also, don't expect Xiaomi cameras are great, I have definitely seen better.

I am a proud owner of Xiaomi Mi 11 lite 5G live in Slovakia in heart of central europe and have no adds.
To be more exact i turned them off before i run the phone for the first time in initial setup.

Xiaomi doesn't put ads on their EU ROMs, so there's that, but yeah, MIUI is basically ad-ridden OS which luckily can be disabled if you had the time.

Even GSMArena themselves mentions it in their review, so you have to completely delusional not to accept that hard fact.
