You're still not getting my point. Helios are stepping right into the midrange game, with G90T and G95. And what I said is not wrong.
A typical user who doesn't run much apps can benefit from the better camera anyday. Its all about usage patterns which decides real life potential.
And you're still not considering it a flagship, because of Helios, its a fact, your perception went that way.
It is the company's flagship... I told you to google meaning of flagship, and I posted it too.
Anyhow, I see no point and I'm off this discussion.

(excluding the RAM, storage, and a couple other things ofc) A ton of people refer to SoCs as CPUs, when they aren't. They contain the CPU, but they aren't CPUs themselves. Helio SoCs are SoCs made by Mediatek. They're made for extremely cheap, slow phones. Mostly under $200. Not $400.
You said "Of course, we both know what Helios SoC is" and "Your point is that its not a flagship or deserving of $400 price tag, because "Helios", that's right?" which proves you absolutely did not know what a Helio SoC was. Nobody who knows what a Helio SoC is would word any of their sentences like that.

So much noise about the camera, but it lacks OIS. Any camera centric phone worth its salt, must have OIS!

... then you'll realise that this indeed is Tecno's flagship. It is flagship for the company.
And my point again is the same---> Phones are not all about chipsets.
Today, the phones with the best music quality (LG flagships) aren't even on Snapdragon 870. They're on 855, 845, 835, etc.
Chipset is not everything. Have I not made myself clear? or did I choose wrong words to put across my point?
Again you didn't mention what price you'll sell it at.

In 3rd point, let me tell you almost every wide angle camera in midrangers is low quality, so you can't hold it too strongly against this phone.
Alright. Forget all the logic and tell me which price would you sell this phone at? Let me remind that we're looking at a mature OS Version (its essential to make the best of the CPU/ GPU), a potent midranger like G95, and essentials like microsd slot, 3.5mm jack, FM and fantastic battery life too.
There are issues with this phone, but there's hardware & lesser-bloated software too.
I'm sure you won't mention $200.
