We... moreThey definitely downgraded a lot, except the display and front cameras, aswell as the charger.
Even the Honor 30 Pro, which had Kirin 990, and it's a flagship at heart pretty much (flagship chipset and flagship cameras)

With a high resolution main sensor, garbage ultrawide and other two useless cameras.
Just like how they downgraded the Honor 50 Pro's camera from Honor 30 Pro (which had both Laser AF and PDAF on the main camera, aswell as OIS, long range telephoto and much more useful cameras, then it went garbage with a much inferior sensor (the 108mp isnt everything, its just trash because of the 9-to-1 binning filter) and everything about the camera is downgraded ever since huawei stopped handling them)

According to some rumors I read, there will be at least 2 Magic3 series phones. One that's a classic looking smartphone and the other one will be a foldable. I hope they don't put the best camera tech on the foldable and useless crap such as 2MP sensors on the vanilla Magic3. In a perfect world both devices would have the same exact cameras and same SoC (I guess less RAM on the vanilla model would be acceptable).

You can expect it to have a periscope lens too, considering that this will be Honor's highest end flagship phone.

I hope it comes with periscope zoom, OR AT LEAST TELEPHOTO. And no stoopid 2MP macro / depth sensors! But more importantly I hope it will be available outside of China for god's sake! The Magic2 was so dope but IIRC it was only sold in China...
