Heck, I don't even mind having a 16:9 smartphone screen that can vertically roll into an iPad-like 4:3 tablet screen. I'd say best of both worlds right there.

10,000 nits sounds overkill. 360hz sounds overkill. BOE is overkill.
Maybe a rollable screen makes sense if you want a phone that can be turned into a tablet with one switch without having the need to build separate screens unlike the foldable screen smartphones, but that's the only viable reason I can see with the rollable screen.
