too many SOCs from Qualcomm, who is using the 780G apart from Xiaomi while some phone maker are still using the 765G
Over-flooding the market with so many iterations may confuse the clients and hurt their image...

No doubt about it oems are still gonna chose dimensity equivalent chipsets over these 7 series snap dragons

The 7xx chips do not offer to be used without 5G modem like SD855.
This is why some phones use 720/730/732.
The 768 is just a 765+. Not new chip.

There are hardly phones with snapdragon 870 750G/768G. Smartphone companies should utilize chipsets properly. Redmi Note 10 Pro series should have used snapdragon 750G/768G instead of snapdragon 732G.
Bring phones as fast as possible. Redmi please bring the Note lineup with this chipset under 300USD by the end of the year. I want Moto and Realme with this chipset as well.
I want IQOO midrange phones under 300USD with Amoled displays from Samsung.

I doubt ... moreWe have poco X3 pro for $250, it's flagship Soc which perform better than all midrange soc except this 780G/778G.
as long as they sell them cheaper I have no problem if they overclock and rename them.
