Also people will buy whatever you sell them, mainly if it comes from big brands like Apple or Samsung.

Anonymous, 21 Apr 2021No headphone jack no buyFunnily enough, HTC VR headsets already have a headphone Jack, and it is justified to want to put your own audio solution.

7hs, 21 Apr 2021HTC needs to give up with this VR crap and get back into making flagship phonesI am much more into VR than into smartphones.
Their phones are the crap thing, with the stupid 2Mp combo and all the punch holes, notch, no Jack on the SD845/765, etc.
VR is an awesome thing where there aren't many brands to choose from, and anything to have other options than Facebook is a great thing.
Smartphone is a market full of stupid trends where there are already more than enough brands who copy each others without adding anything new or exclusive, and not only HTC is part of the "copy the stupid trends" but also has meh phones.

Awards given by media sites are meaningless, they have nothing to do with the product itself, it's just marketing. If you want to find out about a product, look up the forums, people are usually honest and give all the details. Big journalistic sites only give generic useless and often misleading info.

How many models of these things are there? (From HTC).
By the way, the second paragraph reads "HTV Vive" instead of "HTC Vive"
