I also hear the big update cry. Well, I won't get updates. OK, get a pixel, Samsung if you want to go that route but, I forbid it. Or just get with XDA. Find a brand like LG or OnePlus BL unlock and ROOT the phone. I'm no software engineer or super tech geek but, I walked my way through there ROOT methods on XDA's forums since the days of the Note3 and LG G2.

LG with no features... That's funny. LG V60's still and arguably one of the best phones with the most features are available right now and for $300 new. Too expensive get a V40 there like $200 for a QA7 unlocked model. Either that or go with a LG V50 or G8X. Best a both worlds.

Just got my v50 updated to android 11 and so far so good. Battery last just as long when it was in 10. Basically I got 2 updates already so I'm good, if I ever get android 12 it will be a bonus.

My last phone carried Android K till 2020 safely. Anyhow, I don't care so much about UI.

apple only said they slowed down devices once they got caught on reddit lol.
for 5-6 years ( more or less) , they denied it for a reason.
one would have to be dumb to believe they did not do it for
my cellphone battery is not differnt than my laptop battery or PC battery. even worn, it should not slow down. they were throttling it for a reason and never mentioned it until they got caught.
as soon as they did and the lawsuits started, they put the option to use the phone as is.
most people, don buy phones every year. many will an old phones. there's a reason most of society is in debt.
fans like this bum actually believe apple got customer service as their priority lol. they cheat on taxes, they have terrible work conditons and only reasonwe all look the other way is because we probably have apple share in our portfolio.

We saw how Apple updated phones but slowed them down via the battery scam. Updating for the sake of updating by making the phones slow af is not really an update. fortunately for them. their fans think Apple thinks about consumers first and not the bottom line.
LG UI might not be the best either and design might not have been to everybody's liking but how long are we in the UI aspects of a phone? you're using apps probably 99.9% of the time and that doesn't change much whether it's the latest samsung with the latest OS or the a gen or two back. if you spend that much time on the UI ...YOU might be the problem lol
if we invested the savngs from buying LG phoens becase they dropped in value a lot, approx 300-400$ per year and invested in stock, over the last 10 years....that $4000 would be closer to 15k now if geeks were as smart as they prertend to be when it comes to tech stuff.
