Let's list the downgrades this time, on the pro version:
- Speakers, from stereo to mono
- Fast charging, from 65W to 50W
- Selfie camera resolution, from 32MP to 16MP
- Bluetooth, from 5.1 to 5.0
Was it worth it for 108MP? Unless it's at least as good as the one in the Note 10 Pro, it's questionable.

Disappointing upgrade , And i doubt no.1 - The Camera is 3x zoom. Again I have tested Realme 6 Pro 2x zoom 12mp lens with Mi10T Pro & Mi 10 cam. ( WIth 108mp - 1/1.33" Sensors ) & even there 2x zoom had poor clarity , so how a weaker 1/1.52" can give 3x zoom ( Maybe 8mp 3x zoom clarity is possible , as Sam. Gw1 64mp sensor could give good 2x zoom 8mp clarity )
Redmi Note 10 Pro has 120Hz OLED , its near Samsung flagship S20 Grade ( 1200 Nits Brightness) , its ages ahead of 60Hz Realme 8 pro panel again size is 6.67inch vs 6.4 inch. Its again officially 200 nits dimmer ( Inshort - Realme is using an inferior panel & small one at that ).
Again coming to Camera this 108Mp camera realme , as per Android Authority article if i compare the 1x & 3x zoom photos , it shows Increased Noise Level , & drop in per pixel quality , still it is better then Redmi note 10 pro max ( 12MP primary photos ) , & Realme night mode is better , they are promising few slo-mo video updates so you get full suite of 720p & 1080p slo mo. & Realme has been known to have better ISP & Software Procesing then Redmi for last 2 - 3 models (Realme note 5 pro onwards ) , but i will not approve of its 3x zoom clarity till i get photos from other tech websites & GSMArena ( Please review this faster as it directly competes with Redmi Note 10 Pro Max ). Again i want to know its night performance as its "Dimmer" then Realme 7 pro & Realme 6 Pro.
Another thing apart from Primary , the UWide Camera of Redmi Note 10 Pro is much better (Sony vs GalaxyCore ) , hence Redmi Note 10 Pro UWide was widely praised by GSMArena , even the macro camera is better ( Omnivision vs GalaxyCore ) that too 5mp vs 2mp & with AutoFocus ( Massive difference ). Overall Redmi has killed Realme this time. ( Thanks to competition & Good for consumers ).

Atle... morePlus Xiaomi has more experience working with 108mp series sensors from Samsung.
They have been doing that for three plus years now.
They have got their image processing Algorithms mastered by now.
Realme's image processing on the other hand is worse than Xiaomi. This is their first attempt at working with large sensors. The Snapdragon 720g won't be helping either.

Halo, 24 Mar 2021Samsung and Xiaomi are going to get the sales again with the A52 5G and the Redmi Note 10 proA52 5G? They are not even close! A52 starts at 26500 whereas even Redmi Note 10 Pro from 15000. Budget always matters. After all, people will buy products within their budget.

So even if poco make the poco f3 for 700$ its still a much better phone for me especially bcuz I don't care about the best cameras, and neither the iphone 12 pro max has the best cameras, I don't even care if they just use one sensor from a 2018 flagship like the pixel 3 and with google cam its more than enough, no need for ultra wide

Not sure how the 8 Pro is a successor to the 7 Pro when it has same processor, same display, gone backwards from stereo to single speaker and has a bigger chin.

The 108mp HM2 Sensor is flagship grade but pairing it with Snapdragon 720g is just lame.
Atleast give a Snapdragon 750g or Snapdragon 765.
