It's not LED and it's not OLED. It's just LCD. As for whether it's good or not. I have a phone with IPS LCD and I'm fine with it.

I still think a14 is enough for iPads because who needs that much power in a tablet which is running iOS apps which do not need that much power of a m1 chip.
