S20 already downgrade the from S20. S21 is closer to S20 FE than its bigger siblings. Imagine what S21 FE looks like when Samsung cutting corners again... Perhaps it's closer to A52/A72. Or Chinese flagship like Xiaomi or Poco.

You don't need 3 options for the S21. Lose the S21+ and have an Ultra and Vanilla if you want. Even lower the price of the S21 to the FE price range, not sure what they will lose from an already compromised flagship to bring the price down even more without being total junk.
It's already got a junk display, plastic back and flat screen and no expandable storage.
What can they remove, 1 camera and lower the price by $50??
This is just a stupid decision every which way.
And don't even get me started on the useless Fold thing.

Then ZFold, ZFlip, and S21 FE should used Exynos 2100/SD 888 which they might still have some stock. Or they have the next Generation chipset but it is only enough for 2 flagships and they decided to delay Note series father than ZFlip & ZFold

This year with improved specs, camera etc, next year with under screen camera. After that cancel the note and give stylus to all S series phones.
Regarding fold 3, I hope they design it huawei X2 with a wider front screen, able to fold completely without gap like X2 does, and ofcourse with SD card slot.

RAM is also power hungry. Also, after s certain number, it becomes pointless. It doesn't add anything further. Unless you're editing RAW video Oh your phone.

Fold 2 user here, can't wait to see what Samsung will do with the Fold 3 but yeah they need to do a huge upgrade to justify the 2000$ for the 3th time.

Your picture within the article actually shows the Galaxy S20 FE on the left and the Galaxy S20+ on the right. There is not Galaxy S21 in that picture, despite what your caption says.

Fold3 is pointless especially if it doesn't have sdcard support and included Spen definitely not worth 2000$ as is today.
I'll wait for the Note22Ultra in 2022 no problem. My Note20Ultra 5G, TabS7Plus 5G, and Note10Plus along with my OnePlus7Pro will last until then perfectly.
