Still haven't found a replacement for my 7t.

I have the Tab S7, but not with that many.
But still it was not with my good will I bought a Sammy thingy, I end this brand years ago, with phones...
But have to be honest, it's a hell of a tablet, but god I hate this Sammy stuff, Bixby, Sammy UpDay news etc, they try to play Google, last time I buy tablets to, from Sammy...

the thing with qualcomm, their mid ranger is always 3 years late in ... moreTrue, not to mention this is a pump up version of the SD855+. As the names suggest it should be between SD855+ and SD865 in performance, which is still quite good for 2021.
Now, if the rumors are true, this should cost around 300EUR. You will not find any phone with SD865 at that price (maybe second hand ones).
So I think it will sell good.

the thing with qualcomm, their mid ranger is always 3 years late in CPU performance, and 5 years late in GPU dept. compared to the flagship one, not to mention the miscellaneous features outside the performance matrix. Their midranger GPU can never catch up even to the oldest of their flagship GPU, 765G (adreno 620) still lost against 835 (adreno 540) in term of GPU raw perf.
so getting 2-3 yrs old flagship chip of qualcomm in a upper-midrange phone is actually the same or better than getting their most recent hi-end midrange chip. Getting 855 will guarantee you better performance than 765G, or even the rumored 775G, because qualcomm
