potato4k, 18 Feb 2021A71 is scheduled to get OneUI 3 in May. Very late and disappointing for a premium mid-range.that schedule list is quite false.. A71 5G got android 11 and UI 3.0, there says May.. A51 got it like 2 weeks ago or started on that list was in March, then M30s wasn't even listed and got the update like 10 days ago and more examples show that the list is proof on changing very quick, my own suggestions is A71 4G would be in the middle of March month, maybe.. who knows

Hopefully they do not update anymore ONE UI at all.
I received ONE UI 3 update for my Note 10 Lite and they removed WIFI DIrect file sharing... I will roll it back to UI 2.5 if possible.
Doing updates and remove features is not a way to go forward...

applaud for the title, only to find out "old" means two years...
arent they updating those without this buzz?
but if this means they will do it next year for "3 years old phones"... until "5 years old phones" then congrats to galaxy phone users, they can experience what oneplus phone users had been experiencing (never had oneplus phones as well)...
not really a fan of updates, but some apps need those... (apparently not for most apps i use on my z5 premium)

Anonymous, 18 Feb 2021Extend it to the Note 9 ffs, it's definitely worth the upgrade.Note 9 didn't even get One UI 3.0 lmao. What makes you think it will get 3.1. Only Samsung flagships and selected midrange phones from 2019 onwards will get 3 years of updates. Else just 2 years.

Samsung is this a joke. Only 2 year old samsung are getting this update. Do you think everyone is a millionaire or trillionaire to keep changing their handsets like hot cakes. The person who wrote this article needs his/her head examined. Dare you to update mobile phones which are 10 years old. Seems greed has gotten to you samsung.
I hope the performance will be much better on note 10+ exynos because one ui 3.0 is just unstable on my note

could easily update s9 note 9 series as some of these actually use the. same cpu as exynos and snapdragon s9
