scott, 11 Feb 2021Is this a software-only update or also a change in the band?I talked to customer support at 4pm on thursday 4/29/21.
They tell me that Spo2 will be fixed/Enabled on my fitbit 4 charge with a new revision.
They would not estimate months or years wait for new revision
When I asked to be compensated the offshore(?) Person just said they can not compensate.
I'll go to BBB. I will not wait for fitbit warranty to expire.
How stupid can the be?

The only thing to keep in mind is to have the Fitbit app on your phone updated.
So even if your friend right beside you has a new update, you may or may not see it right away, sometimes it takes a couple of weeks for everyone to have it.

Skintemperature is great. Just wondering why they dont implemented this in the first place when the Charge 3/4 were released (same Hardware except for the GPS).
The only thing i could imagine is that the bands got no real temperature sensor but calculating it on a weird way to nearing the actual temperature via Infrared or so... .
Funny Fitbit company, i am wondering if the update comes to Charge 3 also.
And those price models where i only can watch my own data for one week if i dont pay is mindboggling xD

Skin temperature? What the hell is that? Fit5 will even auto dial 911 for you. These junk gadget is for hardware like Facebook for software - useless.
