M2101K9A,the 4G version with Sd732G
M2101K9,the 5G version with unreleased SM7350 chip
The Chinese version of M2101K9,called M2101K9C(C mean China) have a 5 times telephoto lens,but I am not sure will global version have it too.Since the Chinese version of Mi10Lite(called Mi10Youth have telephoto) while global version not.

Mi 9t, Mi 9 se, mi note 10, mi 10 lite zoom, those are some midranges that I didn't forgot
if you can find the FLAGSHIP MI 9 or mi 9t PRO bcuz I think its gonna be much cheaper now
There is also the k30 pro zoom edition (a cheap flagship)
I am sure there are others midranges that has telephoto and even some flagships
