While SD is a cpu for all kinds of OS's apple uses one type cpu for one type os, means way better Optimisation, one could say, perfect match. This may be a plus point for apple mobile devices, but behind it, their are also negative sides... An very simple and with way less abilities OS would be one of the problems.

The processor and operating system that can record 3 4K @ 60FPS videos while HDR10 + is active at the same time can easily record 4K @ 120 FPS. Apple did not choose to put it.

1- The reason why the iPhone 12 family cannot record 8K video is not the processor, but the 12-megapixel camera sensor. If the sensor allows, the power of the A14 processor is sufficient.
2- iPhone 12 Pro Max is capable of recording 4K @ 60FPS video with all its cameras at the same time with 10 bit color depth Dolby Vision active and EIS enabled. Even the iPhone 11 family was able to record ikeb 4K60FPS video with HDR and EIS active at the same time with any of its two cameras.
There is still no device that can do this on the Android side. We will finally be able to see an Android device that can do this soon with the SD 888. 1.5 years after iPhone ...

It's all about the feature. Imagine SD 888 can run 4k to 3 cameras while iphone 12 pro max can only run 4k to it's main camera. You're just an apple fanboy.
I use both phone and still prefer the complexity and the next gen features of Android.

Later, MacOS with M1 can emulate x64 Windows apps once it gains support (watch Gary Explains and Linus Tech videos).
Windows is an ancient OS. Except it can run more games.
