I didn't see you complaining about glass sandwich phones in a similar fashion (breaks with one drop)
Plenty of users using it for more than 6 months and they have been proven to be durable.

LG has been experimenting in their own way for over a year now, and on a 50 times more expensive product, and if they were confident enough to release a bunch of new tech on that and some other products, then i trust in them. Noone says that it will be perfect on release of 1st gen, but it has high chances of not being bad. And as long as they price it right, it can succeed. I personally am waiting for the LG Rollable and then i will decide whether i get it or Wing or V70, depending on many factors obviously.

All these foldable, rollable phones use plastic screen, which would get scratched by even tip of the nail. Foldable phones at least be in folded position when not in use. That would prevent some amount of scratch. Please don't invest in such phones anytime. Let technology grow to make it better in future.

They have already put out a polished foldable on the market inside two generations.

LG rollables will have more or less the same launch issues and problems with the galaxy fold because it is something that has been never commercialized before.

This most likely wont be hard for them to make. And the fact that LG has had plans for foldable/rollable phones longer than Samsung and others, there is a reason behind it. LG still holds the throne for displays, not the phone ones tho, but rather the big TV displays, both OLED and IPS. They have most likely been waiting to make sure they can make the phone with it, instead of experimenting and selling a half baked product like Samsung's Fold.
