USA apllies for 46000 patents every year.
China applies for 47000 patents last year
Japan and korea do 20,000 patents a year.
INDIA does loses than 200 patents a year.

So everything made in China will be bought with 18% component tax by imports and assembled with 18% GST

As usual he will sell crap and make people buy the same crap in the name of Patriotism . He has openly mocked the Chinese brands in his video.
He should remember that he did no mistakes earlier with the brand micromax but he tried to loot us by providing crap at high prices and we all know what happened.
This time he is trying to play with the emotions of people.
No doubt its a good initiative and many more companies should come forward but Micromax with In and its greedy owners ...

It is quite possible for them to avoid a lot of Chinese components. The processors being used-MediaTek G35 & G85 are from MediaTek (Taiwan), Camera sensors from Sony (Japan) or Samsung (S. Korea, Vietnam, Thailand) , Display probably from AU Optronics(Taiwan), Epistar (Taiwan) or Samsung (Korea, Vietnam, Thailand) , the battery would probably be Chinese..But, the rest is a good start.
