problem with my phone with regards the updates os, it does not notify me that i have new messages. it has message sound notifiction. but no display if have new messages. can someone help me? or have the same issue?

Have the Samsung galaxy a71 being trying to set up chat setting but everytime I got to register it. It keeps saying registration failed and spoken to my phone company and they said that everything it enabled oso its not my sim. Its running android 10 one UI 2.5 can anyone please help

Anonymous, 03 Dec 2020I have an A71 unlocked version , and it has a green pixel appear to the top of my screen only ... morethats the proximity sensor, it closes your phone when it detects ur skin, it assumes that the phone is near ur ear.

I have an A71 unlocked version , and it has a green pixel appear to the top of my screen only when someone calls me or i attempt to call , through any platform . Needs patch from this update . 12/2/20

Does anyone else have camera issues with Samsung Galaxy A71 when using Snapchat, Instagram or Messenger? The camera, that I could use for taking selfies, is terrible. If I open one of these apps and use my camera, move my head or hand it leaves " several lines" after your hand/head or if I move my head it makes my face blurry. It is worse than an older phone.
