The A72 is priced at R6999 (ZAR) in south Africa for a mid-range device. Just makes you wonder what the flagship will cost when released.
Currently, that is overpriced and not good value compared to the Redmi Note 9 Pro 6/128gb Device which is going for R6499.
to think, that about a year or two ago, i paid ZAR 6500 for my Pocophone F1.

Kinda funny, Tecno has been ruling the roost in africa for quite some time now. Owned by Transsion holdings, which also owns Infinix and Itel. If BBK Electronics has Oppo, Vivo, Realme and Oneplus, Transsion also has its own three brands. Exciting fight on the horizon hehehe
