I did say recently that P40 camera module may look similar to S20 but P40 looks so much better than S20 in terms of physical appearance.
Anonymous, 16 Mar 2020Why would they copy that ugly design on back from Samsung?Samsung copied them first by moving their cameras to the back. Samsung ALWAYS had their cameras in the middle which is what I originally preferred.

Besides, Most of the reviews are of non retail unit.
So not the final camera software and UI.
Don't mind the price as the components are all flagship grade.
Besides its 1200 Euros price is limited to Europe. In China, it's around 900$.
In my country, it will be around 1000$-1100$. Internal storage is also 512gb. IPhone, Galaxy with 512gb storage costs a lot more than what the Oppo is offering it at.

Snapdragon > Mediatek > Kirin > Exynos.

gran, 16 Mar 2020the beast has already arrived, the name is Oppo Find X2 ProFor that price, it has many compromises, including a measerly 1080p front camera, no wireless charging etc. Also, while it has 120hz refresh rate, in some of the videos online, it didn't seem too smooth.
Most importantly, at that price, it's in iPhone, Huawei P and Mate Series, and Samsung S and Note Series territory. One wiumd be crazy to pick up an Oppo phone at that price point. It's just not justifiable.

You can put Huawei down, you will fail.

Love the color choices. Looks more discreet, morandi, matured, luxurious feeling. Like Sony always does. I'll take these option than the 'bling-bling' color lol.
