Never bought one myself, but I do remember spending a lot of time on the website coming up with different combinations. Good times.
Still love my moto I've got the 2021 Stylo and I love this phone. The chop for flashlight, shake, for camera works perfectly! And it has features I can't believe are on a phone under 200$. Including the update to Android 11. I get security updates, and have never had a problem with it moto still makes some great budget phones. Don't see why I should pay 500+ to get a couple of features I'll never use. Not putting anyone's phone down, this one is all I need!
That brings back so many memories, I still have my old black one. Those were so durable you didn't need a case. I remember one dropping in on the concrete and it didn't break the screen or even scratch, I've never had another phone like that.

I miss my Moto X I had back in 2015. It was one of my most favorite. It was small and compact. But for the time it was a really good phone. The camera took good pictures, the screen was nice, it has a very good processor.
Having used Moto X Force, Nexus 6 and the Moto X4 (which is now used by dad), I must confess that I miss those phones. Motorola created the budget segment by incorporating some features from the X series into G series. Motorola tried too much with Z series (which was still a bold innovation) and let the X series die. Hopefully, they bring one with compact factor. I guess compact factor would be a challenge given that the smartphones have become feature rich and the hardware requirements have gone up.

The glass was very durable, I dropped it on the ground and it didn't scratch, I was shocked. They still hold up too. I still have one and I turn it on and play with it. It works better than some newer phones I've had lol

mo0nbeam, 28 Dec 2020Hands down one of the best phones made in this decade. Most definitely, for the time these were above anything else. For the price and the quality you couldn't beat it.
Those original Moto G phones were some of my most favorite phones I've ever owned. They were built good too! I remember I dropped one on the ground and it didn't scratch the screen at all. Not sure what kind of glass was used but I can't believe how durable it was.
Yeah! Motorola devices were the reason I made the switch from windows Mobile to Android.
I remember those original Moto G phones. I had two different ones. I thought for the time those were some of the best phones out. The cameras were good, the phone performed really well. Very underrated phones

By far my favorite phone ever!
Why must Google tease me with article notifications about this phone, from a year ago?!
The Moto X was by far the best phone I ever owned. I still have not been able to find a suitable replacement.
Either Google or Motorola need to resurrect this design. Same small body and screen, the curved back, throw a fingerprint sensor in the back dimple. Ugh, best phone ever... I'd take it now today without all these customizations
I had the MotoX from the start and I currently have the Moto X 4. I love all the Motorola phone line. Keep it up. If the Moto X 5 is unveiled I will get it.
Hands down one of the best phones made in this decade.
It is still my fav phone. The first true Google phone with all the user friendly features that didn't sacrifice the speed.
I am still using it as a backup phone.
Ever since they're made Moto x I have had a Moto x phone. Currently I have a Moto X4. I like this phone so much I would like to buy it again. I like my Moto X2 so much, that I recently bought a new battery and I'm going to replace it to see if the phone will work again. Up until six months ago it worked just fine now the battery won't hold power. These phones fit well in your hand. They look beautiful. They feel sensual. And since they went up to 64 gigs they do everything you want and you still have room for more. It will absolutely break my heart if I have to buy a different phone made by a different company. These phones have always been ahead of the game. I'd marry this phone if I could get away with it. The camera is so good that my videos look professional as compared to everyone else has no matter what phone they have. What happened to you Motorola? By this company back and make this phone with continued updates. You did not make a mistake with the Moto x in all its other generations.
