Yes, the pictures over on the Smartisan forum look pretty poor.
I can get an 6/128 r1 for under 250 pounds, so might go for that as should get the new software by the end of the year.

I have Smartisan R1 and I am resisting buying this Smartisan Nut Pro 3 though it has some drawbacks: The lack of NFC. Also the chinese people are complaining that the camera has a software issue. Also I am hoping Smartisan is fixing the whatsapp and Gmail notification delay issue with the new software Smarttisan OS 7.2 that's based on Android 9.0.
Here are some advantages/features:
1- The great multitasking ( a.k.a One Step 3.0 )

Mud bought an iPhone SE,, pity this thing's not smaller (like iPhone) 8k, 865 or latest Samsung 8k across sensor.
Latest Samsung sensored phone beat out Sony. Just so close.
