Clearly someone has no idea what they're talking about. Sony still have plenty of customers, just like any other manufacturer. I've always gone with Sony because they're far better value for money than their competitors, especially amongst flagship devices. I've also never had any problems with any of them.

Anonymous, 22 Oct 2019Hmmm.. if sony test their phones properly, then why overheat? there is no overheating in xperia, but it gets warm like other phones... the thing is, it prompts the user that it "overheats" when it records 4k video... that move is to care for the battery as higher temperature damages battery overtime... thus, sony knows what it is doing... i still have z5 premium, z3 and z1 compact and they can lasts at least a day... i doubt if most of its counterparts are still alive without battery replacement

I say the truth. Almost all of sony's xperia customers have already switched to the other brands. The number of customers is almost equal to 0, so i can assume there is no customers anymore.
Keeping the phone business running will make sony lose more money.
