He just compared two phones available in the market and a year old phone has way more features than a recent one that costs 300 bucks more. A customer who is in market for new phone would compare the two new notes with old note 9 cause although the 10+ is the direct successor, the 10 is still carrying the NOTE NAME. So before calling someone dumb, get your logics checked.

Do I need to hold a phone to check that it doesn't have 3.5mm jack? Or should I hold to feel if there is micro SD card slot?
Note 10 costs $900 which is way higher than it should be. It's totally ripping off customers. A year old note 9 has better features than note 10.

Really a sh... moreI also had a hands on experience some weeks ago, very good looking phone and especially the Note 10's size was impressive, comparable with the Note7 and FE. Too bad they executed the 3,5mm jack and the heart rate sensor.

It may seem so even compared to Note 9 but it isn't. The smaller factor appeals to a group of Note users who are willing to sacrifice some tech specs for a manageable one handed phone. I switched form Note 9 to Note 10 for this particular reason and i don't regret a bit. Until you get your hands on a Note 10 and use it you can't dismiss it. It will suprise you. The price is high tough.

Here's the Note 10's key features
Lower resolution display than the Note 9 had
Smaller battery than the Note 9 had
No headphone jack that the Note 9 had
No micro SD support that the Note 9 had
And all for only 900 bucks
The Note 9 is currently around 600
Tough choice..!

So Samsung is the new apple. Asking top money for less features. Note 10 is the biggest rip off in recent years. Just a FHD display, no 3.5mm jack, no SD card slot and smaller than proportional battery. All these fuzz just for S pen?

I saw a Note in store last week and was very impressed with the writing feature.
Really a shame that they took away to 3.5mm plug whilst not upgrading aptX to aptX HD

im truly disappointed with this regular note 10..lower PPI, lower resolution, less battery but yet still charging slower than the note 10 plus (using similar 25w charger), no ToF camera.. im getting the note 10 plus and will take time to get use with the large phone since my hands are small
