To make these things stand out, LG should have put 5 or 6 gb of ram in them.

Martin , 26 Jun 2019All with Android One. There is no Android One brand behind this phone, like the Nokia device, so I think this is not an Android One device, this is only a device that uses Android software with little customization like the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 / M2 series.

how sad, they are already losing money to those lame oriental brands, and not sellling enough high-end phones, yet they still want to make and expect to sell low to mid-range phones at higher prices... just such a shame for them to continue doing a loss-incurring business like that, they should be put to the fields until the cows come home, then they can moo-moo all the live long day with these oriental brands!

This models maybe come to late on the market. put mediatek p35 and they will be great hit. But with p22 I don't know ( it's not bad chipset but people always want something new and that can be great marketing) Price is also great, best in LG history. If they want to survive, best way is to focus on Indian,Pakistan,Bangladesh, Indonesian and Filipines market .Premium device can sell in USA and Western Europe.

Qwerty2019, 26 Jun 2019The first batch of W series (W10 & W30) are D.O.A. No one wants a Helio P20-powered dev... moreNo you got that wrong.
The QSD 632 is using a custom Cortex A55 Small CPU, and merely overclocked and running on good binned chips. Think of it as an overclocked QSD 625.

The QSD 636 is using a Cortex A73 and Cortex A53, both Small and Big CPU clusters. Since this is on bad binned chips; basically an underclocked QSD 660, the QSD 636 looks similar to the QSD 632 on-paper. Qualcomm purposely changes the names to things like "Kryo 250" and adds suffix like "Silver" and "Gold" to simply confuse people, so that they can upsell them, pretty nefarious practices if you ask me.

In real-world, there's a significant performance gap between the two. For Low-end devices, the worst you can do is probably the QSD 439 and the best you can do is the QSD 632. For Midrange devices the worst you can do is the QSD 636 and the best you can do is the QSD 730. In terms of Snapdragon chipsets ofcourse.

No one wants a Helio P20-powered devices in 2019!
Even Snapdragon bumped the specs of 'minimum' mid-range SoC which was SD632 (CPU was a 'toned-down' version of SD636, and GPU was a recycle of SD625 ones)!

Even when they released the W30 pro, I doubt it can compete with Redmi 7/ Y3 which is considerably cheap at the launch and will be cheaper by the time W30 pro released!

Good to see premium brands releasing good smarphones for lower price. Only if it had SD636 (Maybe P60 even) and a FHD screen it would be a steal. Can't really complain in this price segment tho. Hope this comes to Pakistan

Interesting pricing but i bet like Samsung with M series theses devices in europe will cost 100 more euros.

That's a pretty big notch in the W10 for 2019, jesus.
Spec-wise couldn't really be worse, but not bad I guess. The design though... Looks just like any other phone these days. Good luck LG.
