X21s already got the update (V11 Pro) in international market, so the only reason they're delaying it for China is to keep a sync between X21i, X21, X21 UD and X21s - they're probably wanting to update them all within a short time.....

Syel, 19 Apr 2019And V series too! That'd be awesome if they could do it!VIVO has never provided version updates to phones other than their flagships. Probably it is because customers of mid-range or budget phones in China tend to buy new phones more frequently, and update seems not that relevant which is at least a year after phone release.

Then last year I got the Oreo update! Even I was surprised with the movie haha! So I'm really hoping they'd surprise me once again by giving my phone a Pie update!
