In recent years, Samsung commits most of its AMOLED capacity to Apple. Most of other phone makers don't receive sufficient allocation of those panels, especially the high resolution one.

As reported, BOE has reached the technical parity with Samsung in terms of AMOLED yield and per panel cost as of January 2019. It will surpass Samsung in the coming months. Starting next year, all first-tier Chinese smartphone makers will receive ample AMOLED panel allocation, especially those of QHD or higher resolutions.

And yes, their stock on that one is a bit high.

I wonder what TV brand BOE supply to. For example, Sony Bravia LCD TV using either Samsung or Sharp panel, whiled OLED using LG.

With that big amount, maybe they supply to big company as well.

Wow, i didn't knew BOE was that big of a company. No wonder their part of the M20Pro displays were flawless while the LG ones had the green border issues.

Hopefully Huawei will ditch LG altogether for upcoming phones & just stick to BOE panels!
