To answer it in simple sentence, smartphone SOC is pretty much like intel igpu. Because it has a very small vram, the ram is also used for gpu. Having more ram than needed is better than having less ram than needed. Remember, the ram in soc is not only used by the processor, but also the integrated gpu

Till now only Sony has 4K display on smartphone and 1TB UFS 2.0 is recently unveil by Samsung.
16 GB RAM is insane.Better Software optimisation gives you better speed and performance which is proved by Apple.
8,10,12 GB RAM are like gimmick. Any idea ??

My old Asus laptop has TN ( LG is manufactures ) panel image quality is better than boe IPS panel

LCD has had its day it's going the way of crt it's cheap as it gets there's no more improvements to he had its maxxed out it's market share only downwards from here so LG clearly is the leader in oled and we have micro led upcoming that looks promising.

In recent years, when Chinese OEMs wanted to use AMOLED in their phones, they either had to use lower-quality (rather undesirable) ones from LG or lower resolution ones (FHD, not QHD) from Samsung. Frequently, they had to use LCD panel for their flagship-models or near-flagship models.
With the coming of age of BOE, we might start to see premium models (P40, MATE40) shipped with 4K AMOLED panels, and most other flagship (near-flagship) models shipped with QHD AMOLED panels.
