How the hell is it 'cheating'? If you use a high quality gaming mouse and keyboard in a PC game, is that cheating? You will have an advantage, its not cheating.

We need more games to support gamepads for Android gaming to become significant. There are fantastic older games out there that will play very nicely on adroid phones using a pad... GTA is not even half as fun without the gamepad. The likes of Minecraft are also infinitely better with a controller.

Shitty inaccurate touch screens are not meant for gaming.

I agree, having options is always the best way of pleasing everyone. I also play games with controller, emulating psp and psone, but also android games (doing the first playthrough of GTA CTW).

Playing on a controller, even a cheap 50 USD one, is a much better experience than fumbling around on a touchscreen. These games are meant to be played with controllers so providing the option is a great move.

Boo hoo if touch players find it 'unfair'. Buy your own controller.
I play a LOT of games on my smartphone using a controller. Emulators, Dead Trigger 2, GTA series and many other cool games.

I own SteelSeries Nimbus which I had bought for my AppleTV. I wish I could use it on android, but unfortunately that’s not true!
