Alcatel phones are too short in performance for the price they have. In TCL it seems that they are unable to get an adequate phone at their price.

It would be great to see a Blackberry flagship. It could make the new folding phones, or the Porsche, 5G, etc... seem cheap "in price". Although even just equip an SD821.

Alcatel is pretty Rockin. First dealt with this Alcatel tablet from T-Mobile and it was sweet! Music player sounded great with EQ. Files was basic and manageable! Size was just right too! Then BlackBerry Priv came about. And last is the Alcatel Idol 4S Windows Phone is my main driver! Love this machine

I've been ever so loyal to the Alcatel brand that I still have my Idol 4S and Idol 5S (all in working condition) till this day, phones are not ideal for gaming (I have a Xiaomi Black Shark Helo for that) but they've been my great phones for my business. Hoping to get a good upgrade (and thought that there will be an Idol 6), but the latest phones they are offering on 2018 is not that exciting as to how I got my Idol phones. Hoping for a refreshing phone this 2019, I may be disappointed but I'm still a loyal fan to the brand.

Back in 2017, TCL had launched BB KeyOne with Android Nougat 7.1. For last one year they are "testing" for update to Oreo OS. WTF? Other OEM's are not testing for Pie & BB still had not able to provide Oero update to their handsets. Where is software support?

Hopefully a flagship otherwise do not bother. Enough spammy mid and budget phones out there.
