I think GSMArena misunderstand the rumour. There is no way 5.1plus and 3.1plus gonna be in this one. I mean, 5.1plus is already in my country. Not india. So no point to introduce the already announced phone entering market. It will just be a local event if it is launching a phone to the market.

And beside, Dubai isnt europe.
