I'm having mate 10 (ALP-L29C185) still y device is on EMUI 8.0.0.145, didnt receive the OTA update for EMUI 9
but if i search on google its shows update for my device is ALP-L29C185E2R1P12B177_9.0.0.177

P20 Pro (CLT-L29) unlocked in the US. I have received no updates since the Oct 1 security patch. HUAWEI is by far the worst Company at keeping their phones updated, even more so than Samsung which I thought impossible. To make matters even more bizarre, they went and updated all their branded apps (including HiCare) to work with the newly released EMUI 9, which promptly broke HiCare...

Today Jan 8, but nothing for my mate 10 pro (USA). Only a security patches. What was wrong with Huawei???

Step 1 make sure HiCare is updated
Step 2 open the app and go to update
Step 3 accept T&C and close the app
Step 4 go to settings > system update. (OTA should be available within 30 upon accepting T&C)
File size is approx. 3.88 GB

I just got it today! Have not tested it yet only installed, but be patient it is rolling out as promised! I had been waiting since Nov. But heard internationally they just started like a week ago.

Received update for BLA-L29 (C636) to 9.0.0.159 on the 15th, however, as of 19th BLA-L29 (C185) still on 8.0.0.145 and CLT-L29 (C636) still on 8.1.0.158) (Australia).

according to Huawei press release, Mates and P20 will get Android Pie today, 18 December, in Singapore. but P20 Pro will only get it on 24 December.

Received OTA full upgrade to BLA-L29 to 9.0.0.159 today. Very smooth upgrade. Seems to have fixed a number of issues and small bugs. Very polished interface.
Impressed with it so far.
Nice work HUAWEI. Hope to see it rolling out on our other devices soon.....

We have a number of business mobiles (Mate 10 pro's and P20 Pro's - Australia).
Looking eagerly towards having all of them updated, but (as of 10-Dec) Nothing on any of them.
Looking at firmware releases on "firmware finder" app, there seems to be a back/forth bouncing between 8.x and 9.0 several times for both phones.
First 9.0.0.108, then 9.0.0.119, then 9.0.0.159, but each time it seems like it's going to be rolled out, a day or two later, a new(er) dated 8.0.0.145 entry is released again?
Are Huawei having problems with either Pie or EMUI 9?

This Mate 10 will be my last Huawei device, going back to Sammy! At least with them you know what to expect!
