Antutu is one of the worst and least accurate benchmarks in mobile space, tightly controlled by Chinese phone manufacturers. You want to get accurate scores use GeekBench, 3d mark, gfx bench, basemark but not this crap

Then the question is how reliable is GSM guys? Why they use reference from antutu when they review devices?

The res... morecoz there are people who place their phones in a coldarea/ref/freezer and do the benchmark and the higher scores overwrites the lower scores. what I did is to run antutu while my phone is on the vent of the aircon. lower temps = less throttle = higher scores

i think some android phones that should be top 10 until sept 2018 are sony xperia xz3 and nubia red .

Instead of focusing on what other people think, do, say or buy, why not check for yourself? Use a Nokia N9, and BBos phone and an android from the same time period and see the difference for yourself.

I'm gradually loosing my interest in GSM Arena and Benchmarking Companies like Antutu. The result they are posting is weird, they had published before are different than current one. If someone argue that average score between some 1000 devices may vary then again its a shit, there may be a chance of some what plus or minus but the difference is what they are saying is not acceptable.
MI8 217298 is now 285544
OnePlus 6 264200 is now 289424
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium 264734 is now 259529
and Sony XZ3 and HTC U12+ you will not find anywhere :)
Check out below score posted by GSM Arena on 17th Sep 2018 in Sony XZ3 Review and check the current score (MI8 was no where near to top 5 but now it is at 5th Position)
