I've tried the older XM2 version and Bose QC 35.They're both superb,hi-fi stereo sound better on Bose,way less bass-addict,I think.But,comparing with those two,I've tried Beats Studio&Solo,also wireless noice-cancelling..whatta pile of rubbish!And, unbelievably,for the same $$$,thereabout...

You definitely don't want to listen people arguing or the screaming noise the train makes.

Best noise canceling maybe good if your not on the streets with it. While most have there nose in there screen anyways so dont whine when you are under a bus or a car cause you didnt hear it coming and didnt see cause you were looking your phone screen.
Thinking of the future when cars will be electric and soundless you will have hard time to spot them without even headphones on your head.

Tested with IPhone X. Why not a Sony with LDAC to really let it shine..?
