I wonder who own patent on : spoon, fork, pan, plates, designs. They could really resemble similar among different companies. Moreover, one may have patent that :phones are more or less rectangular!

Sure, patents and royalties are essential to enable income for the creative minds but... It's comon knowledge that the good old US of A has made patenting a dirty trade where it aren't the creative minds that get the patent but a bunch of thiefs in suits that actually steels a technology and files a patent for it. Also the entire patent and royalty thing is actually made to disadvantage the actual creative minds. Only the ones who are also creative in business and don't fear the dirty game successfully markets it's own patents and or royalties.
There is no such thing as a fair patent or royalty as it is most of the time limited to a country, a nation or a continent if you don't have the money to make it hard troughout the world.
In short, sure, Chinese do steal and copy but certainly no more then Americans did and still do on a corporate scale.
Let's make America greate again could actually mean let's steal even more intellectual property, patent it and sue on an industrial scale.
