All newer Huawei/Honor flagship phones above Mate 9 will definitely get Android Pie 9.0, including P10, as it listed in Project Treble. The list in this article is only 1st batch device to receive it dude, of course other phones that i mentioned will get it late, as they always priorities newer phones, which is understandable.

Stable won't be out so quick. Their system is like xiaomi, closed beta then open beta then stable. Global rom will be slower than China rom, it will be a few months wait at least. Also have to wait for Google to iron out the bugs as always, like android 8.1 was much more usable than the initial release.
