Well, I dont think it is.
I think New Premium has much more tech improvements and feats over its last itteration( sans the darn jack), than new Note has over its(the SPen clickie thing) for same asking price.

I would tho advise to keep the S9+, and buy a full featured Kensington bt Controller Pro stylus from 2014. for 50 bucks tho.
