A $1,000.00 for this POC???? Ha hahahahahahahahahahah... Needed a laugh. There are 100 phones better than this bezel monster for less than that. Funny indeed!

Most of the things on list are just found on Sony phones. If you dont like no problem. At least admit that this is better than your phone
Aesthetically speaking, it looks really good.
In terms of price, I'd steer away.
Maybe when those sensors become available on their midrangers I might consider Sony again.
Probably the best trait Sony has, is that lately they fit their budget line with old flagship sensors. Still not much great performance, but makes fans happy.
If you guys think this pricing is bad, Sony is selling XZ2 in India for 1060 USD. Yes the non premium model for 1060 USD!! That's 73,000 in their local currency. I wonder who'll but it at this price.
I wonder how many people will buy this thing. Will it even reach 1 million sale? uhhhmmm
Good luck selling that. With little to no brand recognition and no on-contract purchase option from carriers, I'm willing to bet very few Americans will bother with it when there's a lot well-known-companies phones available subsidized (and sometimes with a BOGO deal) from their carriers.
Remember than in US and CA, people buy from carriers, almost all the time (since 80$/month = latest phone + unlimited calling + unlimited texting + [carrier-dependent] unlimited data [or just data]) because it sounds like a better deal
Nah luv im good, enjoy.
