It's a form of marketing to sell your name.
True, Sony's problem is marketing and a good PR team. I congratulate Apple for their marketing because they know how to cover when their phones explode or when their batteries got swollen , They said they will investigate but never been heard from them in that matter.
So I want Sony to market and work in the same way and buy every one because they do good products. And honestly, no one is better than the other. Every year all of them are doing mistakes but when you look Sony's position, you can justify it because they're losing but the others are doing every mistake and they get a pass and that's why I want Sony to market and survive because there are a plenty of technologies are coming and I want them to be there since some of them they're making it.
My motherboard of the two Sony phones I had were fine and right now I'm using the second phone till now which it says yeah. Your saying that by old reputation which is wrong because every year every tech company corrects their mistakes and specially those kind of mistakes.
And true the people who work for Sony take the wrong choices and since they took this new CEO who flopped in other department of the corporation. I am afraid they kills Sony's tech side

You are looking for one direction, instead of all. True Sony has their flaws too but mostly their phones are good and became good but software and other things and they were never bad and that was my point.
Sony priced their phones because its a company who is losing or whatever they do, though, when they do, people look exploited like why they're doing this. But doesn't talk about the famous ones that do a lot of mistakes even the media gives them a pass. But Sony no. People are thinking Sony lost because that their phones aren't good. But the people don't know that when a company makes a product 50% is the product and 50 is marketing. The 50% of the product is there but the other 50% isn't.
Why the media didn't show the waterproof test because they supporter's phones failed but if they succeeded and Sony fail, they would have shown it.
This is counter marketing and marketing is career been studied in universities.
So after what I said I won't reply to you anymore anonymous and say what you want to say :)

However thanks to Sony they may never get anywhere. Instead of going all out with their devices and fixing all quality issues and customer support while actually releasing their devices properly with advertising.... They just float along. Release a good phone that lacks some things. For years had motherboard issues. Have the worst customer support. Just ruined their great unique design. And are barely making the mobile division.
I want to see Sony strive and tackle Apple and Samsung. But they won't because the people in control are incompetent and make bad choices for the company.
