iPhones are boring for sure, and averages at bes... moreI'll explain, people Love apple because it's Different than Android. Sure, you're shackled as f*** and you can't do A LOT of things that in android you'd consider mandatory. Now. Don't get me wrong. Don't think "So what? BBOS was different too, and so does "Windowsphone". You're correct in so many levels. But it's an OS that gets support from developers around the world. Plus. The main feature of "GlobeSync" they have (All IDevices, like iPhone, iPod Touch And iPad get it SIMULTANEOUSLY, And in AROUND the globe!) Is another reason why to love Apple... We android users have TO WAIT MONTHS until we get an update, IF ANY! (Imo that's unacceptable. But what can I do about it? NOTHING!)
Last reason why so many fans love Apple is because the span they have of Updates. Nvidia Shield got an update span of 3-4 years, an avarage iPhone nowdays? Atleast 5 MAJOR ONES!
Last and not least, is the building quality. When apple builds a device. It feels FIRM. And well planned.
I am an android girl btw. I have to work with both platforms due to my job.

mobi 5G, 01 Jun 2018Apple should discontinue notched design for iPhone .Same thought. Having the iPhone X and that notch is the only thing that stops me from having a pleasant time with an iPhone. (I much prefer my other devices)

Yeah a Ferrari. Most rich people want that and car buffs (extremely knowledgeable for cars) want that too so it's universally ok.
Now take that mentality into perspective when it comes to iPhones. The rich want that 95% (though some would buy Porsche design phones) but phone buffs hate it and rather prefer Android and they talk too much and specific about it. Phone buffs are turbo nerds so the likes of "cool" wannabe people who "look" up to their fave celebs don't want that snot nosed geek stigma induced Android so they go to iPhones like the rest seen on TV.

I will buy a midrange phone with stock android instead of buying iPhone. But if I must pay huge I will buy Sony's newest flagship which beats iPhone X by miles. Go and watch speed test in YouTube.

Thinner side bezel was really required for iPhones. iPhone X has those thick 4mm bezels on all the sides while most of the Android phones have it less than 3mm! Now this really means that either 5.8' iPhone will have larger screen size (Around 5.85' I guess) than last year's iPhone X or the form factor might be smaller!
