It does not say it goes that high... you can use it up to 5000m height (because air density) - therefore you can use it in highlands of Peru but not on top of Everest.

Ask the frequent flyer or quadcopter 101 they will tell you that 5000 meter altitude is a joke

Also can fly up to 5000 meters above sea level. I wonder how this will come with lack of air in atmosphere at heights like this.
