AnonD-704307, 28 Dec 2017Oh did you hear guys , his friend phone was replaced , that means nobody had problems with LG ... moreI have real experience with LG customer support and I never had issues and I dont trust internet much when it comes to LG because I have seen alot of hate towards them like when G3 came with QHD display most reviews said its unnecessary and when samsung did it became a step towards future, when LG released G5 with dual camera reviews were like a single is better than two, no need for dual cameras when samsung did it dual camera became a great feature and reddit and xda members might have issues with customer support I am not saying they are false its just LG is always overexposed when it comes to problems while samsung issues arent like s8 red tint no problem but v20 blue tint was, both have bloated skin but LG gets more negative reviews, s6/note5 lacked sd card no problem they olenty of storage but if other brands do it, it becomes a problem, samsung edge screen is ok but lg floating bar is.useless

Thank god for this one example that proves everything is ok. Must be nice to be that naive. Told you go look at xda or reddit or any big forum to see how many are disappointed with LG , dont care about your friend.

You can go to xda to see how many people coul... moreNote7 was life threating while G4 was nothing ofcourse samsung had to recall them and it wasnt 100 notes it was wide spread and my experience with LG has been great no regrets even after 3 years of using the same phone my friend V10 bootlooped and it got replaced and its still running great

You can go to xda to see how many people couldn't get their g4's replaced after they bootloped, because LG treats their customers like shit. Can't be compared to the, what 100 notes that "exploded" and samsung recalled them all and replaced them with w/e the customer wanted.

Let's see how long it will take for the G5, V20, G5 SE, Q8, Q6+, Q6, K10 2017, X Power 2 (K10 Power), X Venture, Stylus 3 (K10 Pro) and Stylus 3 Plus to receive Android Oreo.

AnonD-704307, 26 Dec 2017The S6 has a planned 8.0 upgrade, the LG G4 has yet to get 7.0 , you might want to re-evaluate... moreG4 has nougat but its only available through LG bridge and S6 and Note5 are only samsung device which will get 3 major update while all other samsung flagship got 2 (s4, s5, note3, note4) like LG (g2, g3, optimus g)
