Sure, I'm not a fan of iPhone, I make NO secret of that. Not a fan of ANY phone that doesn't allow for a memory card slot. And yes, I have used an iPhone in the past, so based on MY OWN experience, it's just not a device that I would spend my own money on. However quick fingers, I DID, despite making fun at apple, suggest them as an alternative. Did I not? And I never did specify which brand of android to buy. As to why this hurts your soft little heart so much, I have no idea. Frankly, it's not that serious. But seeing that your emotions are like jello in the hot sun........SINCE APPLE IS SOURCING THEIR SCREENS FROM SAMSUNG, EVERYONE BE SURE TO BUY SAMSUNGS S8 AND S8+ MODELS! OR BETTER YET, BUY THE UPCOMING NOTE 8! GUARANTEED TO BE "COOLER" IN EVERY WAY THAN THE LAST MODEL!

The fix is rather simple, purchase an android. Or if you're really desperate an ios (aka a glorified ipod touch with call capabilities). I understand the nostalgia though, I felt the same way about BlackBerry. Just let it go guys.......let it die peacefully.

Windows phones are normally heaving enough internal storage therefore, most of users left never owned or do not use a memory card. Their is no problem installing apps on the device. The problem is installing them on the sd card. Something android is still not able to do;), so stop the bllst.

WHich Android device has these things at least comparable or better than a lumia 950xl:
- fantastic back camera
- 4K display
- type-c usb charging
- stable bluetooth (yes, BT is very stable on my 950xl)
-dual sim card (micro + sd card slot)
-extremely good quality voice
-finger print or iris scan
-compass
-nfc
etc.
for a price tag of apprx. 300-400USD?

Aadrian , 22 Jul 2017I don't have a micro sd card slot on my Lumia 930 so no issues for me. Same with me and my 950. Even on my android devices, i try to not use microsd cards.

I've done the same.... bought an android nokia 6... thus I'm going apple when the iPhone 8 is out.... I'm not a fanboy, but if the apps don't come...... the mobile division will be no more.... sorry to say this but this is a waste of time... I was sick to death of broken promises... don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the surface line and Microsoft computers and love windows 10!

You just told the truth. "Buy an android". And you didn't specify which android device.

Last night I had to move my applications from micro SD card on my Lumia 950 to internal memory, updated them and moved them back to micro SD.
