Samsung claim that have a smallest battery compare to Note7 but they never make any promising.
The Sony smartphone just a Gundam that is well build, you can see the XZ Premium whole phone Designs, it doesn't like cheap Samsung with less bezels. My Xperia Z2 drop on road still fine the bezel is a solid area to minimize the impacts. If samsung S8+ drop on road it must be more easy to get internal injury.

Ram is lpddr4x like other smartphones and nothing wrong with it ..

Z5P has only 66hrs endurance rating, Z2 has 89he's and you said XZP is better means we can now expect 90-95 hrs endurance
