I think this solves the most problems of every OS. My iPhone 5 also got many bugs and glitches solved when I did a factory reset on iOS 8
I know people with Vista-era laptops still using them with Windows 10 anniversary edition....
LOL, 12 Apr 2017Yeah, and smart people also stay behind in technology and live under a rock, right?Smart people don't use inferior technology.
Have Windows 10 and it's pretty bad, full of problems and bugs. With every big update it gets worse, yesterday I installed "big"update 2 and got many more problems that before. For some reason Windows 8/8.1 (which my laptop had before) performed a lot faster, smother and with less problems than Windows 10.
But anyway nothing will replace Windows 7!
Anonymous, 12 Apr 2017Who cares? Smart people always disable automatic updates. And smart people don't use Windows 10.Zombies dont upgrade
windows vista was WOW for me soo many new features most of these features were really cool like the dynamic background which was called "dreamscene" ... most of people had performance issues was due to the wrong specs Microsoft announced ... i was using Vista on my Core2due 2.4G and 4Gb of ram ... i never had issues with performance .... windows was taking about 1.3Gb of ram in the desktop without anything running while Microsoft announced that the minimum requirements is 1Gb of ram which was too low for this windows .... anyways it was very good base for the awesome windows 7 the best windows still now
AnonD-244086, 12 Apr 2017Next target:Windows 7.well that would be a sad day. The Best OS ever, after Windows 10 ofcourse.

I am still rocking my acer laptop with preinstalled Vista.. Vista is good as long as you update it but still heavier than 7.. 8/8.1 is the fastest I've experienced-I had a desktop with age old athlon cpu and 8600gt gpu which flies on windows 8.1-cold startup less than 20 sec.. Now at work I am using Windows 10 laptop with i5 and nvidia 820m and it just slothily slow..
For me, Win 7 will be best forever then Win XP & 10..
Windows ME and Windows 2000 were 2 different things.
Windows 2000 was based on NT and is the foundation for all the editions that came after (XP, Vista, 7...).
Windows ME was a continuation (and the last) of Windows 9x series.
When i first used it i thought it was windows 7. It was same like that
I have used all windows OSes since Windows 98 and here are my top 3 of them:
1. Windows 8.1 (with third party start button)
2. Windows XP
3. Windows ME (the best OS for gaming)
I used it for a few years on a Toshiba laptop and l it sure was power hungry but i never really had any major issues with it.
Had an issue with Updates around 3 years before i upgraded to 8, so i just turned the updates off and it still kept going.
Side bar was cool feature.
Good bye Vista & thanks for the memories!
