I bought 4 mi max phones for me and family. ABSOLUTELY wonderful and this comes from a Samsung Note fanboy. If they improve the camera a bit, they have a winner. I wish it also came with a stylus.

i love my xiamoi mi max. it could use an octacore processor.
the battery is awesome, the screen is decent and the metal body gives it a premium look.
i could not ask for better phone for that price tag.
p.s. my main use for this device is games and to watch media.

Not again , putting an efficient chipset just to save batery , mi max batery can last for more than one day even with heavy usage . I think this 620+ series chipset is cheaper than those 650 and 660 . Who cares about batery efficiency chipset when you have like 5000mah batery . I prefer performance than batery . Power bank is anywhere

Mi Max 1 has many chipsets variant. So don't panic just wait until they release Mi Max 2.

Mi Max2 has previousy been seen on the Benches with SD660, I really don't think they will put quite the same chip as the cheap Redmi Note 4X in their Max2!

Very disappointed with Xiaomi about Mi Max 2 chipset. Why Xiaomi not choose Snapdragon 653 for Mi Max 2. Its not make sense what Xiaomi do this year. Maybe this is one of the reason why Hugo Barra left Xiaomi.

If it has the camera quality as G4, this will be a great phone. Low price, good battery life, and decent camera.
